Medical Practioner Toolkit

This is a compilation of programs made to allow Doctors to update our database with the use of SOAP notes. To make this easy we provide:

1. Intelligent Anonymiser, making the local SOAP notes HIPAA compliant via NLP

2. Condition classifier, given a patients diagnosis and treatment plan a classifier is run on the anonymised notes to provide us with categorised information on the type of condition the Doctor has gained additional experience in treating

3. Database updater, allows for updating of our dataset given a Doctors’ NPI and classifier output
